Safe Set Procedures during COVID-19

OVERVIEW

These past few months have been a sharp transition for us. We moved into our office space off of Morris Ave in Sebastopol, Ca and we have been ramping up our COVID-19 social distancing shoots. We are still limiting our exposure and encouraging virtual meetings via Zoom. However, due to the nature of video production, we have to film a majority of our shoots on location and do so as safely as possible.

COVID-19 SAFE SET CERTIFIED

In addition to common Covid-19 safety precautions and social distancing, we have taken the online certification class to become Level A certified by Safe Sets International. This online course encourages the limitation of personnel on set and mandates that we track the people that visit our working space. We can easily achieve a safe set due to our small footprint and our team that is fairly exclusive, but this reminder helps us maintain a safe environment for both ourselves and our clients.

NEW STUDIO LOCATION IN SEBASTOPOL, CA

As of July 1st, we made the jump to become a brick and mortar production company, able to handle studio shoots in-house. We have serviced Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, and Sonoma County for just over a year, and we decided that we needed to take the next step to continue our growth. Our studio located off of Morris St in a shared location where we have our editing suite, conference tables, and film studio. We would love it if you paid us a visit, but please schedule an appointment ahead of time so we don’t miss you while we are out filming.

MOVING FORWARD WITH VIDEO PRODUCTIONS

While we are starting to pick up the steam that we lost back in Q2 of 2020, we are looking forward to getting back on track. Our video shoots are beginning to get rescheduled as we are able to perform them safely while social distancing, however, some projects have been canceled or postponed due to the nature of the client’s business. We are taking this as a huge learning opportunity and tailoring our market to industries that are currently still active and in business. We are appreciative that we are able to operate, and would be happy to support those businesses who are in need during these tough times. We truly love this community and like to give back as much as we can.
